and based on stated occupancy, depending on accommodation (Each additional guest is $35.00 per night)
and do not include taxes.
Rates are subject to change, but are guaranteed once a booking is secured. Five (5) night minimum stay
required for all posted Daily Rates. Please consult with our office

Please Note: Monthly rates above are discounted by 25%.
Rates include many amenities, such
as heated pool, Jacuzzi, off-street secure parking (1 space per unit) and high speed
wireless access.
Daily housekeeping is not included with our new low rates, saving you approximately 50% over previous rates. Clean linens and extra towels are provided at no additional charge.
