The resort rules are set up to protect all of the resort guests. These rules are STRICTLY ENFORCED by management. Any FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN EVICTION FROM THE RESORT. In cases of eviction, no refund will be granted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Valid credit card required when making a reservation. Deposit is 50% of total stay. The balance is due at check-in, except with last-minute reservations. There are no refunds for early checkouts.
CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT TIMES:
Check- in time is 3:00 pm / Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-ins must be prearranged at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Please contact our office within 24-hours of your expected arrival time. You MUST contact the office in advance to obtain our gate access code. Either call 954-523-3500 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A half-day's rate may be charged for checkout after 11:00 am and a whole day's rent for checkout after 6:00 pm. Should you need a late check out, please ask management first. We can be flexible if there are no guests scheduled in your accommodation. Please check your accommodation on arrival and report any damage to Management. An excessive cleaning fee charge of up to $500 may be billed to your credit or debit card if it is left in sub-standard condition, caused by you, your guest(s) or pet(s). A lost key charge of $125 per lock (some accommodations have more than one lock) will be charged for all lost keys. This represents the fee charged to re-key locks.
All accommodations are non-smoking pursuant to Florida State Statute 386.203(4). We reserve the right, should a guest smoke in a room, to add up to a $500.00 smoke removal fee to a guests account. Smoking is only permitted outside. Please refrain from dropping cigarette butts in the gardens, pool and common areas. Ashtrays are located in most outdoor areas and must be used.
Daily housekeeping is included with our new low rates, saving you approximately 30% over previous rates. Clean linens and extra towels are provided at no additional charge. A $12.95, per-night Amenities fee is added to all reservations. For a limited time, we are waiving this fee for stays of 7 or more nights.
Safes are provided, as a convenience and are not a guarantee for the safety and security of items contained within. Mary's Resort will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Only one car per accommodation is permitted within the property lot. Guests or a second car may be allowed, space permitting.
Please read and observe the posted pool rules. For reasons of hygiene, all persons must shower before using swimming pool facilities. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Glass containers are not permitted anywhere in or around the pool area. Please dry yourself before entering the hotel after swimming or showering. The pool and Jacuzzi temperature are both controlled by management. It is dictated by season and the Department of Health. Unfortunately, we cannot always change these temperatures to suit specific requests.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. Excessive noise (high volume music, loud talking, singing or laughing) is prohibited. Only quiet activities are permitted from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
High-speed wireless Internet access is available for all guests. When prompted, enter the access code provided. When using Internet access, you agree NOT to download anything illegal under Federal or Local law. We cannot assume the risks involved, should you violate this policy. By accessing our wireless network, you agree to these terms.
We are a pet-friendly resort. All pets are required to be on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the pool. Pets are restricted from entering the office area. Since there are no grassy areas contained within the resort, we ask that you walk all pets needing a restroom break in the park located on the corner on Tequesta and SW 11th Avenue. Owners are responsible for the control of their pets and safety of others. Mary’s Resort will not be liable for any loss or damage to property what so ever or any bodily injury (i.e.), death or illness of any member and/or guest caused by any pet. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage caused by your pet to the property at Mary’s Resort. Owners are required to have all pets immunized against any diseases as required by law. A $50 pet fee will be added to all reservations.
We're sorry, but no one under 16 years of age is allowed without express advance approval. This is due to the fact that our pool area does not have a child fence or lifeguard.
High season rates apply during our Winter season and Low season rates (discounted by 30%) are charged during our Summer rate season. A five (5) night minimum stay may be required. There is no refund for early departures.

For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a charge equal to 1 night's stay will apply. Deposit becomes nonrefundable for cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice. In the event of a cancellation, as a courtesy, we will issue a credit (toward a future stay) equal to the amount of the deposit. There is no refund for early departures.
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Mary’s Resort will not be liable for any loss or damage to property what-so-ever or any bodily injury (i.e.), death or illness of any member and/or guest, how-so-ever caused sustained or incurred or incurred arising out of or in any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of any of the equipment.
14 day advance notice required for cancellation without penalty. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a charge equal to 1 night's stay will apply. Deposit becomes nonrefundable for cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice. As a courtesy, we will issue a credit in the amount of deposit. This credit can be used on a future stay. There are no refunds for early departure. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits. If you prefer a future stay credit, the cancellation fee will be waived.
HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that the National Hurricane Center issues a hurricane warning or watch during your reservation period, we will issue a credit in the amount of your paid deposit. You may reschedule your stay anytime within the next year, using the credit for a future stay. In the event of a mandatory evacuation in the local area of Mary's Resort, we will issue a credit for the unused portion of your stay. This credit can be used anytime within the next year. In the event of power loss, guests deciding to stay while we are out of electricity will be given a 50% discount off of the rack rate for the nights that we do not have electricity. As always, we will make every effort to make your stay with us an enjoyable experience.
